We’re Elite Auto Body and Collision Center, an independent body shop in Campbell. Family owned and operated since 2003, we’ve been fixing cars for South Bay drivers ever since.

What we do

We do collision repair and auto body work on all makes and models. That’s the whole focus: getting a car that’s been in an accident back to how it looked and drove before.

We’re GM certified. If you drive a Chevrolet, GMC, Buick or Cadillac, your car is getting repaired by a shop that meets GM’s standards.

We work with three kinds of customers:

• Insurance customers. You’ve filed a claim and need the car fixed.
• Cash customers. You’d rather pay yourself and skip the claim.
• Fleet customers. Businesses that need their vehicles back on the road, including limos, vans and box trucks.

You choose your shop

This is the part a lot of people don’t know. In California, you get to choose where your car is repaired. Your insurance company can’t require you to use a particular shop. We accept all major insurance companies, including AAA, GEICO, State Farm, Allstate, PURE, USAA and Zurich.

We’re not in any insurer’s repair program, and you don’t need a program shop to get your claim paid. Give us your claim number and we’ll take it from there. We write the estimate, send photos, and work directly with your adjuster. If we find more damage once the car is apart (that’s called a supplement), we document it and send it to the insurer.

We also push insurers to use OEM parts, which are made by your car’s manufacturer. If the insurer’s estimate comes up short, we’ll show them what the car actually needs.

Making it easy to get your car here

An accident throws off your whole week. We try to take as much of the hassle off you as we can.

• Photo estimates. Send us pictures of the damage and we’ll get you an estimate without you having to come in first.
• Towing. If the car can’t be driven, we arrange towing through our towing partner, Dick’s Community Towing in Campbell.
• Free pickup. We pick up cars in greater San Jose at no charge.
• Rental setup. We’ll shuttle you to the rental agency so you’re not stuck without a car.

Where we work

Our shop is on White Oaks Road in Campbell. Most of our customers come from Campbell, San Jose, Los Gatos, Saratoga, Cupertino, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara and Mountain View.

What to expect from us

We keep it simple. You’ll get a written estimate and an honest idea of how long the repair should take. If there’s a chance we’ll find more once we take the bumper off, we’ll tell you up front. We call you when there’s news, and we call you when it’s ready.

Our repairs come with a non-transferable lifetime warranty.
