The information we retain from customers helps us personalize and continually improve your experience with Elite Collision Center.

* How the company transfers data to third-party companies

We do not sell or personal information to third-party companies. However: We use a partner credit card processing company to bill users for services. These companies do not retain share, store or use personally identifiable information for any purpose.  We follow all Credit Card processing procedures as instructed by law.

As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy corporate assets, subsidiaries, or business units. In such transactions, customer information generally is on of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Policy (unless, of course, the customer consents otherwise). In the event that Elitecampbell.com or substantially all of its assets are

acquired, customer information will of course be one of the transferred assets.

* How to modify or delete this personal information or opt-out

Our users are given the opportunity to ‘opt-out’ of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site at the point where we ask for the information. For example, our email form has an ‘opt-out’ mechanism so users who request information from us, but don’t want any marketing material, can keep their email address off of our lists.
