You choose your body shop on a Infinity Insurance claim
In California the vehicle owner picks the repair shop. An insurer can’t require you to use a particular shop (Cal. Insurance Code §758.5). We’re an independent shop. We aren’t in any Infinity Insurance repair program, and you don’t need us to be. We write the estimate, work the supplements with your adjuster, and push for what the car actually needs.
How to file a claim with Infinity Insurance
Infinity Insurance Agency says your claim is handled by the carrier on your insurance card, and lists claim numbers by carrier, including Kemper Auto at 1-800-353-6737 (Infinity claims). If unsure, Infinity’s agency line is 1-855-478-3705. Then tell your adjuster you’d like the vehicle repaired at Elite Collision Center and send us your claim number.
Personal and commercial Infinity / Kemper claims
Infinity Select is part of Kemper. We see Infinity and Kemper on personal cars and light trucks, and on specialty and rideshare-style programs. If your ID card says Infinity or Kemper, we work the claim the same way.
Rideshare and TNC drivers who need a clear, fast claim process are welcome. Same process as everyone else: photos or drop-off, written estimate, claim number, repair. We aren’t in any Infinity or Kemper repair program.

Towing, pickup and rental

If the estimate is short
Insurer estimates are often written before anyone takes the bumper off. When we find more, we document it with photos and send a supplement. If we disagree with a change, we say so and show why.
Fleet and commercial vehicles
We repair fleet cars, Sprinter and work vans, box trucks and limos. We don’t repair buses. Typical turnaround is 3–7 days, depending on parts and damage, and we bill the company or the insurer directly. See fleet and commercial repair.

Do you work with Infinity / Kemper insurance?
