How to file a claim with Access General
Report the claim using the claims phone number on your Access policy documents or ID card. Then tell your adjuster you’d like your vehicle repaired at Elite Auto Body and Collision Center and send us your claim number.

Once you have a claim number, send it with photos through our photo estimate and we’ll take it from there.
What to expect at Elite
- Send us photos or stop by with your Access General claim number.
- We coordinate the inspection with your adjuster and write a factory-procedure estimate.
- Hidden damage found during repair is documented and sent to Access General as a supplement.
- We finish the repair and keep you updated.
California law is on your side
In California an insurer may not require you to use a particular shop (Cal. Insurance Code §758.5), and once you name your shop it may not suggest that you switch (10 CCR §2695.8(e)).

Elite is GM-certified and a member of the GM Collision Repair Network. Our repairs carry a limited lifetime warranty on our workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle (non-transferable).
