How to file a claim with Alliance United

Use the claims phone number printed on your Alliance United policy documents or ID card to report the claim. Then tell your adjuster you’d like your vehicle repaired at Elite Auto Body and Collision Center and send us your claim number.

Bring your paperwork

Have your policy number and claim number handy; send them with a few photos and we can begin the estimate.

Your choice of shop

In California an insurer may not require you to use a particular shop (Cal. Insurance Code §758.5), and once you name your shop it may not suggest that you switch (10 CCR §2695.8(e)). That applies whether you are a Alliance United policyholder or a driver filing against a Alliance United policy.

How we repair

We follow the vehicle maker’s repair procedures, document hidden damage found at teardown and submit supplements to the adjuster. Elite is GM-certified and a member of the GM Collision Repair Network. Our repairs carry a limited lifetime warranty on our workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle (non-transferable).
