How to file a claim with AMCO Insurance

Nationwide lists AMCO Insurance Company among its affiliated property and casualty companies (Nationwide affiliated companies). Nationwide’s auto claims line is 1-800-421-3535 (Nationwide auto claims); confirm with the number on your policy or ID card. Then tell your adjuster you’d like your vehicle repaired at Elite Auto Body and Collision Center and send us your claim number.

AMCO and Nationwide

Your ID card may say AMCO while your claim is handled by Nationwide. Either way, Elite is independent and you may choose us.

What to expect at Elite

Send us photos or stop by with your AMCO claim number.
We coordinate the inspection with your adjuster and write a factory-procedure estimate.
Hidden damage found during repair is documented and sent to AMCO as a supplement.
We finish the repair and keep you updated.

California law is on your side

In California an insurer may not require you to use a particular shop (Cal. Insurance Code §758.5), and once you name your shop it may not suggest that you switch (10 CCR §2695.8(e)).

Elite is GM-certified and a member of the GM Collision Repair Network. Our repairs carry a limited lifetime warranty on our workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle (non-transferable).
