Elite Auto Body and Collision Center is an independent repair shop. We are not an Esurance preferred or direct-repair (DRP) shop; we work with its policyholders and adjusters, and you have the right to choose us.

How to file a claim with Esurance

Esurance, which is serviced by Allstate, lists 1-800-ESURANCE (1-800-378-7262) for reporting a claim 24/7, or you can report online (Esurance contact). Then tell your adjuster you’d like your vehicle repaired at Elite Auto Body and Collision Center and send us your claim number.

Esurance and Allstate

Esurance’s own contact page directs mail to Allstate Insurance Company. If your claim is being handled by Allstate, you can also reach Allstate at 800-255-7828 (Allstate claims).

What to expect at Elite

1. Send us photos or stop by with your Esurance claim number.
2. We coordinate the inspection with your adjuster and write a factory-procedure estimate.
3. Hidden damage found during repair is documented and sent to Esurance as a supplement.
4. We finish the repair and keep you updated.

California law is on your side

In California an insurer may not require you to use a particular shop (Cal. Insurance Code §758.5), and once you name your shop it may not suggest that you switch (10 CCR §2695.8(e)).

Credentials

Elite is GM-certified and a member of the GM Collision Repair Network. Our repairs carry a limited lifetime warranty on our workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle (non-transferable).
