How to file a claim with Metromile

Report your claim through the Metromile app or account, or with the claims contact shown on your policy documents. Then tell your adjuster you’d like your vehicle repaired at Elite Auto Body and Collision Center and send us your claim number.

Pay-per-mile, full-quality repair

How you pay for insurance doesn’t change how your car should be repaired: to the manufacturer’s procedures.

What to expect at Elite

1. Send us photos or stop by with your Metromile claim number.
2. We coordinate the inspection with your adjuster and write a factory-procedure estimate.
3. Hidden damage found during repair is documented and sent to Metromile as a supplement.
4. We finish the repair and keep you updated.

California law is on your side

In California an insurer may not require you to use a particular shop (Cal. Insurance Code §758.5), and once you name your shop it may not suggest that you switch (10 CCR §2695.8(e)).

Credentials

Elite is GM-certified and a member of the GM Collision Repair Network. Our repairs carry a limited lifetime warranty on our workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle (non-transferable).
