National General lists 1-800-468-3466 for reporting claims and also accepts claims online (National General: report a claim). Then tell your adjuster you’d like your vehicle repaired at Elite Auto Body and Collision Center and send us your claim number.

National General is part of Allstate. Elite is not in any Allstate or National General repair network; we are independent and you may choose us.
What to expect at Elite
