Your choice of shop
In California an insurer may not require you to use a particular shop (Cal. Insurance Code §758.5), and once you name your shop it may not suggest that you switch (10 CCR §2695.8(e)). That applies whether you are a Nationwide policyholder or a driver filing against a Nationwide policy.

We follow the vehicle maker’s repair procedures, document hidden damage found at teardown and submit supplements to the adjuster. Elite is GM-certified and a member of the GM Collision Repair Network. Our repairs carry a limited lifetime warranty on our workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle (non-transferable).
