Elite Auto Body and Collision Center has repaired vehicles in Campbell since 2003, and we work with PURE policyholders and their adjusters to get high-end vehicles repaired to the manufacturer’s procedures, with original parts.

Elite Auto Body and Collision Center is an independent repair shop. We are not a PURE Insurance preferred or direct-repair (DRP) shop; we work with its policyholders and adjusters, and you have the right to choose us.

Why high-end vehicles need OEM-procedure repairs

Modern luxury and performance vehicles use advanced high-strength steels, aluminum and bonded panels. A repair that looks right on the outside can still leave a structural or safety problem underneath. We follow the vehicle manufacturer’s published repair procedures, and our technicians train through I-CAR, OEM and technical certification courses.

PURE says on its auto coverage page that it will pay for repair shops to use original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts on covered repairs (glass may be handled with OEM-equivalent parts). Coverage varies by policy and state, so confirm details with PURE or your broker.

What to do after an accident if you’re insured by PURE

1. Make sure everyone is safe and call 911 if anyone is hurt. Exchange information with the other driver and take photos of the scene and all vehicles.
2. Report the claim to PURE. PURE takes claims 24/7 by phone at 888.813.7873, in your online account, or in the PURE mobile app (PURE’s claims page).
3. Tell PURE where you want the car repaired. Let your adjuster know you’d like Elite Auto Body and Collision Center, 1386 White Oaks Rd., Campbell, CA 95008. If the car isn’t drivable, PURE says it will pay to tow it to the repair shop of your choice after a covered accident.
4. Send us photos with our free photo estimate or call (408) 377-0505. Have your PURE claim number handy.
5. We take it from there. We inspect the vehicle, document the damage, coordinate with your PURE adjuster, help arrange a rental if your coverage includes one, and keep you updated until the car is back to pre-accident condition.

In California, the choice of repair shop is yours

California law says no insurer may require that your car be repaired at a specific shop (Cal. Insurance Code §758.5), and once you have chosen a shop, an insurer may not suggest or recommend that you switch (10 CCR §2695.8(e)). Just tell your adjuster which shop you have chosen.

Elite Auto Body and Collision Center is an independent shop. We are not part of any insurer’s preferred or direct-repair network, including PURE’s. That means we answer to you, the vehicle owner, and we can push for the repair your car actually needs.

We work with PURE policyholders and their adjusters the same way we work with every insurance company. We write a detailed, documented estimate based on the manufacturer’s repair procedures, share photos and supplements with your adjuster when hidden damage turns up after teardown, and keep the paperwork moving so you don’t have to. Our approach is “set it and forget it”: get us your claim number and we handle the details.
