How to file a claim with 21st Century Insurance

21st Century says you can file a claim online at 21st.com or by calling 888-244-6163 (21st Century help center). Then tell your adjuster you’d like your vehicle repaired at Elite Auto Body and Collision Center and send us your claim number.

Once you have a claim number from 21st Century, send it to us with a few photos and we can start your estimate right away.

Independent, by design

Elite is not in any insurer’s direct-repair program, so our job is to repair your car correctly, not to hit an insurer’s targets. In California an insurer may not require you to use a particular shop (Cal. Insurance Code §758.5), and once you name your shop it may not suggest that you switch (10 CCR §2695.8(e)).
